We started our journey to launch in April 2021. It was really more of a thought due to a lack of knowledge for the process. Of course this was a very scary and intimidating endeavor. Especially considering we're not healthcare professionals. We were blessed to have met Laquana and Denon, owners of Relevant Healthcare staffing. They took our hand and walked us step by step through the process. No stone unturned. No information withheld. They provided every resource needed to ensure our success. The mentorship resulted in our launching within 90 days of starting the courses. After launch they didn't leave us they continued to mentor us and provide guidance. Whether it was email or phone they always answered! We're grateful our paths crossed. Legacy Healthcare Staffing exists only due their mentorship.

I initially reached to LaQuana because I was interested in learning how to start a staffing agency. LaQuana and Denon were very excited in assisting me on my entrepreneur endeavor. Our first conversation was very informative and energetic. I was thoroughly informed on what was needed, pointed in the right direction on how to get there and left feeling like I could fly to the moon. Our next encounter was face to face, where my company met LaQuana and DeNon, and given was detailed walk through of day to day process that included but not limited to hiring process, use of employee database systems, HR and business administration and how to build the structure of the company. To date, if our company has questions, needs advice or guidance, RHS is open, able and willing to be of assistance. Our company is so thankful and grateful for LaQuana, Denon and the entire staff of RHS for all that they have done for us and others!

I watched Laquana for awhile as she was the one who first recommend me to join the NOSA group. After decided to launch my own agency I knew her and her husband were the perfect fit and the mentors I needed to successfully launch. I worked hard and saved for my business so spending the money to have someone who is successful guide me through the launch was a must for me. From day 1 Laquana and her husband were very welcoming and informative. I actually had my first contract before even finishing the six weeks. Since starting my agency 4 months ago I've successfully been able to close on 42 contracts and making over 5k a week in profit. If it wasn't for such a great mentor I can't say I would have been so successful early in the game.
